Duo Misteriosa Vida

The Duo Misteriosa Vida (Sarah Marie Immer, violin & Matthias Kläger, guitar) plays Argentinean tangos, milongas and other works by Astor Piazzolla.

With his ambitious openness towards other genres and styles Piazzolla has shaped the modern Tango Nuevo like no other. His large catalogue contains fortunately original compositions for or with the guitar as well, amongst others the “Histoire du Tango”, which will be heard just as adaptations of famous and less-known works by Piazzolla for violin and guitar.

Both Freiburg based musicians are regionally well known through numerous concerts. Sarah Marie Immer performs amongst others with the Cuarteto Buenos Aires and Janus-Ensemble Freiburg.
